It seems like as soon as I heard people start to talk about Irene, it was already gone. I don't have any immediate family on the East Coast but I will continue to pray for those who died and their families. I did see on the news that most New York City stores will re-open today. Unfortunately the subway system isn't up and running yet, and Mayor Bloomberg said that he knows it will be a challenge to commute but they should be running soon. Yikes...
