Please submit the following items for evaluation:
- Application for Freshman Admission and Scholarships
- Personal statement or essay
- Résumé outlining activities and honors
- $35 application fee (waived for students who apply online and for students who meet our legacy requirements)
- Official score report from testing center of the SAT or ACT (codes: SAT 1073; ACT 1180). Butler requires the writing component of the SAT and/or ACT
- Official high school transcript showing coursework completed at least through junior year
- The enclosed Secondary School Report, completed by your guidance office
